NEOLITE has an advanced & modern tool room set up comprising almost 130 personnel with CAD/CAM facilities and high speed CNC machining centers. NEOLITE is presently capable of making tools for Sheet Metal Components, Plastic Injection Moulding, Glass Products & Die Casting products. NEOLITE has successfully designed & developed many new products for OEM & after market in the recent years.

Principally, it is not possible to make any alterations in the basic design originally made. However if a customer is willing to participate in the expenses for the required modification, this can be done.

Yes, we normally make all deliveries by sea, unless the customer specifically demands and pays for the Air delivery.

Normally it takes us 30 to 45 days to dispatch the goods from our factory from the date of order confirmation and receipt of the L/C or advance payment in our Bank. NEOLITE, does not stock any items. 'FCL' Orders for complete 20' / 40' containers are much faster to reach our customers than 'LCL' orders which, inordinately get delayed at the ports.

NEOLITE offers their prices in 3 of the universal world currencies US Dollar, Euro & UK Pounds. The rates offered are 'FOB' / F. O. R. (ex-works) basis for small orders, that is for 'LCL' containers & on 'FOB' & "CIF" basis if order is for full container load.

We are marketing our goods mainly under 2 brands -"NEOLITE" & "PPI". Our products are sold through the Agents appointed in various countries & we also export directly to the wholesaler importers (some of them have been our regular customers for over 20 years).

We normally accept minimum order quantity of 200 pcs. per item and gross minimum value of USD 5000. However, in some exceptional cases we also accept smaller order value depending upon the items ordered. This simply means, if the items are from our regular production lot we can accept quantity of even less than 100 pcs per item.

Yes, if the order quantities are feasible to print a special box, we can supply the products in plain white boxes or with a customized packing design given by our customers (but in our own brand).
However, if a customer specifically wants the goods supplied with the Customers brand, or any other marking on the product, then we can do it after receipt of the necessary tooling participation cost. The order quantity also has to be large enough to make this feasible.
 

Our standard packing is mostly a single piece in an individual box and then 6 to 40 such boxes in a strong export worthy Master Carton.
