NEOLITE ZKW has three manufacturing units. The Bahadurgarh unit is exclusive to the OEM (Exclusive for OEM’s). Gurgaon unit takes care of our aftermarket business. Bahadurgarh facility houses management, sales, engineering, R&D. Staffing this facility are some of the most dedicated people you will ever meet. Neolitians more than 900 non-union associates are the real key of our success and growth. The pride our associates put into their work is noticeable to customers who visit our facilities. Many of our associates are second and third-generation.

The growth in exports is primarily attributed to meeting customer requirements by developing customized products for varied segment of the markets such as – passenger cars, heavy duty, off road, agricultural & construction vehicles.
