To further expand the horizons & to cope with the rapid technological advancement, NEOLITE entered into a Joint Venture with “ZIZALA Lichtsysteme GmbH” (ZKW), of Austria.

The New JV plant in Bahadurgarh has been set-up exclusively to cater to the OEM segment. The Plant is fully Air-conditioned, Humidity & Dust controlled.

This plant is totally equipped and integrated with all facilities (Laboratory, R&D, Tool Room & Manufacturing). Vital inputs were provided by our JV partners based on their experience and running successfully of one of their “State-of-the-Art” plant in Slovakia. NEOLITE ZKW is a preferred OEM supplier to many vehicle manufacturers in India and also Global OEM / OES supplier to prestigious vehicle manufacturers.

NEOLITE ZKW has the largest range of Automotive Lighting Products in South Asia and stands tall amongst its Indian competitors. The product range comprises of 800 items such as Head Lamps, Fog lamps, Work Lamps, Auxiliary lamps, Side Indicators, Roof Lamps, Front Grills, which widely caters to the international and domestic market needs.

NEOLITE ZKW has been in the forefront of Indian Automotive Lighting business with the distinction of being the largest exporter of Automotive Lighting from India, exporting to 80 countries spread across the Globe.

NEOLITE ZKW comprises of 3 different units, located in and around Delhi, with a combined covered area of over 380, 000 sq. feet.

The total consolidated manpower in all the above units is over 900 comprising skilled and dedicated workforce apart from qualified, experienced engineers and marketing / administrative personnel.

Now with over hundred engineers having taken training at ZKW, Austria, Neolite has further strengthened its technical capabilities. NEOLITE ZKW units are self-reliant with in-house capabilities including CAD/CAM R&D/ Press Shops, Vacuum Metalizing operations, Semi automated processes, Assembly lines, Testing and validation facilities.
