Founded in 1952, the NEOLITE Group has been associated for over 54 Years in the manufacture of “Automotive Lightings”.

Starting from scratch, when the Automotive Industry in India was in its infancy stage, Neolite worked hard to develop & enhance its Manufacturing, Infrastructure & Marketing base.

It gradually made its presence felt in the Automotive Market in India & across the Globe.
 

It has the Largest product range in South East Asia & presently exporting to more than 80 Countries across the Globe & it has a very strong OEM base with over 30 dedicated Customer’s.

The Globalization of the Indian Economy came as an Opportunity & Threat to the Indian Auto Industry.

Capacities started expanding & Indian companies were anxiously looking for JV’s, Technical Collaboration’s in order to upgrade their technology so as to compete with the Global suppliers.
 

There was no doubt that Globalization brought World Technology to India’s door step.

To meet this challenge, Neolite entered into a JV with one of the most technically advanced Manufacturers in Europe – ZKW (ZIZALA Lichtsysteme GmbH) of Austria.

The new plant in Bahadurgarh has been exclusively set up for the OEM Segment. It is centrally Air-conditioned, Humidity controlled with single point entry system for dust control. The Plant is totally equipped with all facilities & vital inputs were provided by ZKW based on their experience at their “State of the Art” plant in Europe.
 

The Head office, Laboratory and R&D center is also located in this premises.

The new plant is completely operational & supplies have already started to Volkswagen, Skoda, General Motors, Tata Motors, Mahindra’s, MAN, Volvo-Eicher,Kamaz Vectra, AMW, Volvo, Caterpillar, John Deere, Ashok Leyland, Swaraj Mazda, Mahindra Navistar, Force Motors, Britax, , JCB, Piaggio, Hindustan Motors, Mahindra Construction, SAME, ICML & Eicher Tractors. The share of our OEM Business is Appx 70% of our Total Business and the balance being contributed by the Indian After Market and Exports.

The expanding business of the company could also warrant a Greenfield facility in Western India, preferably Pune, in the next two years.

NEOLITE ZKW's growth in the Automotive lighting in the last five years has kept pace with the growth of the Auto Industry.
 

Value additions are now taking place in lighting with more fancy lights with larger number of features and good looks being preferred. While it is pushing up costs for the OEMs with new technology and LEDs leveraged for it, these lights are more aesthetic and will drive industry growth.

The future technology will definitely shift towards LEDs whose main benefits are very low energy consumption, Eco friendly – low on CO2 emissions & their “Long Life” which is equivalent to the life of the Vehicle.

Neolite focus is now on expanding infrastructure further and become a preferred supplier to the OEM Passenger Vehicle Segment.

In the last 5 years Neolite has multiplied its production capacity by 5 times and achieved consistent growth and this sustained growth has been made possible with dedicated efforts of our 900 strong work force and complete support from our Customers and Vendors.
