To meet this challenge, Neolite entered into a JV with one of the most technically advanced manufacturer’s of Automotive Lighting’s in Europe- ZKW of Austria.

Our focus is now on expanding our infrastructure further at a rapid pace and become a preferred supplier to the OEM Passenger Vehicle Segment. We have already made a modest beginning with Volkswagen & General Motors.

We have a robust Quality Management System in place and follow an integrated approach to focus on all functions in our Organisation on Quality and Continuous Improvement.

We at NEOLITE ZKW encourage a system of continuous flow of incremental improvements from the bottom of the hierarchy, which emphatically empowers every person to do things “First Time Right”.

In the last 5 years NEOLITE ZKW has multiplied its production capacity by 5 times. We have achieved consistent growth over the years and this sustained growth would not have been possible without the hard work of our over 900 strong work force and complete support from our Customers & Vendors.

In coming years, I am confident of meeting our objective of becoming one of the most preferred suppliers to the Passenger Vehicle Segment.
