NEOLITE entered into a Joint Venture with ZKW and entire automotive lighting business of NEOLITE has become part of this Joint Venture. The newly formed JV company has been rechristened "NEOLITE ZKW Lighting Pvt. Ltd."

The JV Company - NEOLITE ZKW has entered into technology transfer agreement for technical training and support by ZKW. The objective is to offer the most advanced automotive lighting products to the prestigious customer base in India & overseas. ZKW already possess technology for future of automotive lighting, e. g. Headlamps with LED/AFS/Night vision & pedestrian protection technology and JV company will have access to all these new technologies.

ZKW is a leading European manufacturer of premium segment lighting equipments and has been an OEM supplier of front lighting to most prestigious vehicle manufacturers like – BMW, Volkswagen, Daimler, GM, Volvo, Audi, Porsche, etc. ZKW focus lies in latest innovations, supported by highly skilled technical & engineering team, who understands customer’s absolute needs and delivers products with utmost precision.

With support available from ZKW the JV company is designing & developing the most complex Lighting equipments in India. This will enable the JV to deliver World-class ttechnology with Low lead times at most competitive cost.
